The centerpiece is an elegantly appointed, traditional clubhouse reserved for 300 equity members.
Old Marsh Golf Club is designed to function as a traditional golf club. As such, club policies including limiting the number of golf tournaments held per year, no men's or ladies’ days and eliminating starting times are designed to remain in effect permanently. One of the benefits of Old Marsh membership is the club's outstanding caddie program from November 1st until April 15th. The club urges all members and guests to support this program, one of the most valued of golf's traditions. Residents have the option of owning their own golf cart. The club and golf course is open year round.
