At Old Marsh, preserving traditions is a daily routine. There are some traditions that we ask our guests to observe, as well.
To preserve the integrity and serenity of the Club, the use of cellular phones and other forms of electronic communication equipment is not permitted. Cellular phones may only be used in the locker rooms or inside your car.
The use of valet and bag drop provided by the Club is strongly encouraged. We also ask that all guests change their shoes in the locker room. It is required to check-in with the golf shop prior to play. At that time, a courtesy card will be issued for the group for all food and beverage purchases. Payment for all food, beverage and merchandise purchases must be paid by credit card in the golf shop at the end of the round.
Proper attire is required at all times on club property. Shirts must remain tucked. Gentlemen are expected to remove their hats whenever indoors. Mock neck style golf shirts are allowed for men. Women’s tops must have either a collar or sleeves. Bermuda shorts are acceptable, while cargo shorts are not permitted. Golf shoes must have soft spikes.
The golf course includes hazards that are designated environmentally sensitive areas. They are marked by red stakes with green tips. It is forbidden to enter or play in these areas.
Gratuities for the outside golf staff, locker room attendants and caddies are at the sole discretion of the individual. All are encouraged to abide by the principle that gratuities are solely meant to reward a job well done
